In 2023, Raquell Holmes selected paintings, photos and drawings from the art collection of Dr. LeVell Holmes, her father. The selection focused on Jubilee and black cultures. This year, the Freedom festival is showcasing two Sonoma County artists associated with the Freedom Festival.
